Understanding innovations has multifaceted benefits. Firstly it aids us in mitigating the possible harm and dangers that might arise due to the adoption of these innovations. Secondly and more importantly it helps us identify new opportunities to harness these innovations to solve global problems, especially for developing countries and the global south.
